How to choose your Gotyu periodwear?
1. It is best to measure the hip circumference horizontally and at the widest part of your hips. The measuring tape should be flexible and fit snugly, but not cutting in.
2. If you are between two sizes, it is best to order the larger size.

CAN I GO IN THE WATER WITH PERIOD BEACHWEAR?
Light to medium flow: Yes. When you are in the water, the blood cannot leave your body because of the water pressure. When you come out of the water, the blood will naturally escape and flow into your bathing suit (replacing the water in the absorbent part). Blood contains iron and is therefore heavier than water, which is why it settles to the bottom of your period swimwear.
If you have a medium to heavy flow, the period beachwear is best to be used as additional protection to the tampon or menstrual cup. In this case, we do not recommend wearing the period beachwear on its own when swimming.

- Wash your Gotyu at 30°C before first use.
- You can wear your period underwear for up to 12 hours.
- We recommend that you try your Gotyu period underwear at home for the first time.
- You can wear your Gotyu period underwear as a substitute for tampons or the cup during heavier days - but it's also great for extra protection!

- After each use, rinse your period underwear in the sink or shower until the water runs clear.
- Machine-wash them at 30°-40° - you can do this along with your other laundry.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Hang your Gotyu underwear in a not too humid environment until it is completely dry.
- Attention: Gotyu period underwear does not react well to heat, so you should not iron it, put it in the dryer or wash it above 40°.
