An item is displayed as a pre-order, what does that mean?

If a product is marked as pre-order, this means that it is currently in production. It will be prepared in our warehouse on the date indicated (for example: pre-order 25.11 means that your order will be shipped on November 29th).

Our products are in high demand. By pre-ordering our period underwear, you not only ensure that you receive it, but also help us to avoid overproduction - and at an unbeatable price.

Important note: If an item in your order is marked as a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped together three days after the pre-order date. We do this to reduce the environmental impact of shipping, which is one of the biggest contributors to pollution. By shipping together, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint.

This is my first time buying from Gotyu Underwear, and I’m not sure about my size.

Each product page includes a size chart to help you find your best fit. We highly recommend checking both the size chart and the product description.

Each product description includes how the products fits (meaning: runs big, small, or true-to-size). If a product is labeled as “sizing small” and you’re between sizes, it’s usually better to size up. For example, if the size chart suggests you are between M and L, but the product runs small, you might prefer to choose a L.

For bralettes, it’s essential to check the size chart, as the support and cup sizes vary by product. Some of our bralettes are designed for up to cup size D, while others may only support up to a B or C cup. The product description will guide you on the best fit and support for each style.

If you’re unsure about which size to order, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team via chat or email. I am interesting in your bralettes, which bralette should I go for?

Thank you for your interest in our bralettes! We're sure you'll love them.

However, there are a few things to consider when choosing the perfect model for your needs.

The Aurora bralette is ideal for women with a cup size up to C. It is underwire-free and offers light to medium support, making it a good choice for women with round or peach-shaped breasts. It also makes you feel like you're not wearing a bra, which some women find incredibly comfortable.

However, if you don't like this feeling or have a falling breast, we recommend the Maïa Bralette instead. For those with a larger cup size, sagging breasts or who simply want more support, the Maïa Bralette is perfect. It is a good mix between a traditional bra and a sports bra and offers the necessary support for cup sizes B to D. It is suitable for round, peachy or sagging breasts.

To find the right size, please check the size chart on the product page, as both the Maïa and Aurora bralettes have different size charts. We have also included a helpful video showing you how to measure yourself correctly to get the best fit!

I am interested in your bralettes, which size should I order?

Here's a simple step-by-step guide to make sure you measure yourself perfectly to find the best possible Gotyu Bralette/Bra.

Step 1: Find a long, flexible tape measure

First, you need a long, flexible tape measure. If you don't have one, you can use a piece of string or ribbon instead. If you're using string or tape, mark the length of your measurement with a marker or piece of tape and then use a ruler or hard tape measure to measure the length of the string or tape to that point.

Step 2: Dress to fit

Before you take your measurements, make sure you are wearing a non-padded underwired bra. Avoid bras with heavy padding or compression, such as sports bras, as they can lead to inaccurate measurements.

Step 3: Measure your underbust measurement

To measure your underbust measurement, place the tape measure directly under your breasts. Make sure the tape measure is level and snug, but not too tight or too loose. Round your measurement to the nearest whole number and make a note of it.

Make a note of this number.

Step 4: Measure your bust measurement

Next, measure around the fullest part of your chest to determine your cup size. Place the tape measure straight across your back and round to the nearest whole number.

If your breasts have a sagging shape, position the tape measure lower, near the top of your breasts, to capture the entire area. For uneven breasts, measure the fullest side to the center of your back and double this number.

Make a note of this number.

Be careful not to measure too close in steps 3 and 4 as this could mess things up.

Step 5: Find your cup size

Cup sizes vary by brand and country. To find your size, subtract your underbust measurement from your bust measurement. Use the chart to find your correct cup size.

Step 6: See the size chart

Then use your cup size and underbust measurement to find your correct size in the size chart.

If you are between two sizes, you can order one size larger to get less support or one size smaller to get more support. We usually recommend comparing this size with the size of your tight T-shirt.

For example, if you are between a size M and L according to the size chart, but normally wear a tight top in a size M, we recommend that you order a size M.

My period underwear leaked - what should I do?

We understand your concerns and are here to help you. Please note that period underwear works differently for every body.

Every person, every period and every cycle is different, so it's important to find the right solution for you.

If you are trying period underwear for the first time, we recommend that you test it at home first to see how well the absorbency you choose matches your menstrual flow.

Note that you should change your period underwear when it feels wet, as the absorbent layers will be full, and if your period underwear is leaking, this could be due to two possible causes:

1. the absorbency you have chosen may not be sufficient for your bleeding level. For example, if you have chosen a model that can absorb up to three tampons of blood, but your bleeding is heavier, you may need a higher absorbency.

2. if your bleeding is particularly heavy, it may be necessary to change your period underwear more frequently throughout the day.

3. make sure you have washed your period underwear before using it for the first time!

How quickly can customer service respond to my inquiries?

I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

Once your order has been processed, no more changes are possible - neither adding or changing items nor adjusting the delivery option or shipping address. However, if necessary, you can exchange or return the items.

If you notice an error, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order, but we will do our best.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order once it has been processed. However, send us an e-mail as soon as possible and we will do our best. If necessary, you can exchange or return the items later.

I have found a better discount code. Can I ask customer service to apply it even though I have already placed an order with a different code?

Delivery

How long will my delivery take?

Depending on your location, delivery takes between 8 and 18 working days. We do our best to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders during Black Month and the holiday season, these times are particularly challenging for shipping services and shipping centers. Last year, only a few orders were affected by delays. At Gotyu, transparent communication is very important to us, so we will keep you informed of any updates.

There are items missing from my order. What should I do?

Depending on stock availability, your order may be sent in several parcels. Don't worry, our customer service team will inform you by email if this is the case. If you have any questions, you can reach us at any time at contact@gotyu-underwear.com

I have placed several orders, but only one has arrived - why is that?

We normally dispatch orders in the order in which they are received. However, due to our warehouse logistics, there can sometimes be deviations.
So don't worry if your orders don't arrive in the correct order. You will receive a tracking link for each order by email so that you can track where they are at any time.

Payments

Which payment methods are available during Black Month?

You can pay as usual with PayPal, Afterpay or credit/debit card. With PayPal you can pay in 3 installments, and with Afterpay you can pay the amount later.
